20 General information

If you have to return your product:

Pack the radios securely, preferably in the original packaging. All parts must be returned including belt clips.

Outside of guarantee:

If your product needs repair outside of the guarantee we recommend that you call 0167 256 4444 for details of our recommended repair agents.
