Notes:

You must subscribe to Caller ID service from your local telephone service provider to use this feature.

You must allow the phone to ring at least once or twice in order for the Caller ID information to appear on the display.

1.) When a call is received the Caller ID display will light and show the date, the time of the call, the telephone number and the name of the calling party.

NEW CALL #

PM

You decide if you wish to answer the call or not.

NOTES:

A)If the Calling party hangs up before you are able to pick up the phone and the caller ID information disappears from the display, press the DOWN button once to restore the information to the display.

B)If the call is coming from an area that does not support Caller ID service, the display may show a message such as “OUT OF AREA”.

C)If the calling party has requested that their name and number not appear, y o u m a y s e e a m e s s a g e s u c h a s “PRIVAT E C A L L E R ” o r “UNAVAILABLE”.

Again, it’s up to you whether you answer the call or not.

2.) The first call that you receive will be assigned call #1 and the information is stored in caller ID memory #1. As additional calls are received the information is stored in memories #2, #3, and so on.

Up to a total of 80 names and numbers can be stored. If you receive more than 80 calls without deleting any previously received information, the oldest call (#1) will automatically be deleted when the newest call is received. Call #1 is deleted, call #2 moves to memory #1 and so on.
