Powering on/off

Turning the power on/off

Press POWER on the main unit.

Turning the power on/off in standby mode

Press POWER on the remote control.

POWER button

The power turns on and STAND-BY indicator changes colour from red to green.

If you press POWER on the remote control again, the power turns off and STAND-BY indicator turns red.

Condition	STAND-BY indicator
On	Green
Standby	Red
Off	Off

Preparations

When the power turns on, STAND-BY indicator turns green.

To turn the power off, press POWER on the main unit.

Note

•Turning on by POWER always sets the player in DTV mode. Turnig on by POWER on the remote control always resumes the last mode. For details on modes of this player, see page 34 .
