USER MENU SET UP PARAMETERS

 

 

 

 

Many additional parameters can be modified via the Set Up Menu. To access the Set Up Menu press and hold the rotary encoder knob for several seconds until the following screen appears: (See figure B.7)

Rotating the encoder knob will scroll through the setup parameters shown in Table B.4. Selected parameters are changed in one of two ways:

For parameters like background current (shown in Figure B.7a) the change is made by the mode push button. In this example you can toggle between set- ting background current as either a % or as absolute amperage. Other parameters like selectable wave shape (shown in Figure B.7b) are changed by depressing the encoder knob until the parameter is flashing. Rotating the knob changes the parameter and then the change is saved by pressing the encoder knob again. Once all changes are made you can exit and save by pressing the exit icon button or you can exit the set up menu without saving your changes by depressing the hooked arrow button.
