Trouble

The rear end of stock is thinner than the front.

Uneven thickness between the left and right sides of the workpiece.

Uneven thickness between the front and rear ends of the workpiece.

Workpiece slips on conveyor belt.

Straight strip of notches or grooves in the workpiece.

“Snake” marks on workpiece.

Straight parallel running stripes over entire width of workpiece.

Glossy spots on the wood.

Probable Cause	Remedy

Front pressure bar is too low in	Raise front pressure bar (page 16).

Table not positioned correctly in	Adjust table until it is parallel left to
