5.Put the first nail into the driving hole and the second nail between the two pawls of the feeder as shown in Figure 6.

6.Close and latch the magazine cover.

Loading Nails

Use nails meeting the specifications listed for your nailer on Page 4 of this manual.

To load nails in your nailer:

1.DISCONNECT NAILER FROM THE AIR SUPPLY!

Point the nailer away from you and others when connecting the air supply. The nailer can cycle and discharge a nail when the air supply is connected. Ignoring this warning may result in serious personal injury.

2.Unlatch the cover lock, as shown in Figure 7, and pull the magazine cover open.

3.Press the adjusting pin inside the mag- azine and slide the plate up or down until the plate position matches the nail length (Figure 8).

4.Place a coil of nails in the magazine, position the first nail in the pawls of the feeder as shown in Figure 9, then close and latch the magazine cover.

5.Close and latch the magazine cover.
