SPRAY GUN SERVICE NOTES

CAUTION: DO NOT over tighten Capscrews. Tighten to 18 in-lbs (2 NSm) MAXIMUM (about half turn past snug), us- ing wrench provided.

Torque Fitting to 25–35 in-lbs (2.8–4.0 NSm)

Install into internal grooves in fitting

Fits between flared tube and fitting

Stretch o-ring to start it over fitting threads, then thread it into place

Install flush to end of rod

Lubricate

Lubricate

Apply PTFE paste to threads

Apply high strength (red) Loctite or equivalent to threads.
