SECTION 2: CIRCUIT REQUIREMENTS
110V Operation
Your G8693 Mini Shaper is prewired for 110 volt, single phase operation. The 3⁄4'' H.P. motor draws approximately 2.2 amps. We strongly recom- mend fusing your Mini Shaper at 15 amps. Fusing higher will not adequately protect the motor.
Although the G8693 Mini Shaper does not draw a large load, if you’re using a circuit that is already close to capacity, it might blow a fuse or trip a cir- cuit breaker. If an unusual load does not exist and power failure still occurs, have the circuit inspect- ed by a qualified electrician.
