This document provides the information necessary to prepare a site to NCR specifications prior to installing a terminal. The site must be properly prepared before the retail terminal is installed because site preparation deficiencies may be difficult to detect and correct after installation.

The terminal consists of separate pieces that may be combined in a variety of configurations. Certain combinations are mutually exclusive. You must determine the equipment that will actually be installed before proceeding with the site preparation.
