Inspection, Maintenance,

and Cleaning

1.BEFORE EACH USE: Inspect the general condition of the Worklight. Check for loose screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.

2.BATTERY PACK REPLACEMENT: This Battery Pack is NOT replace- able.

3.CIGARETTE LIGHTER ADAPTER FUSE REPLACEMENT:

A faulty Cigarette Lighter Adapter typically indicates a blown Fuse. To replace the Fuse, unscrew and re- move the Outer Fuse Cap. Remove the Inner Fuse Cap and Spring. Replace the old Fuse with a new F3AL250V Fuse. Then re-install the Spring, Fuse, Inner Fuse Cap, and Outer Fuse Cap. (See Figure B.)
