Hardware upgrades

Internal battery

1.Complete steps 1 through 4 of the “General hardware installation sequence” on page 2-1.

2.Locate the battery on the system board.

3.Pull back on the clip 1 that is holding the battery in place, and then remove the battery 2.

4.Insert the new battery and position the clip back into place.

Removing and replacing the internal battery

5.Complete steps 6 through 10 of the “General hardware installation sequence” on page 2-1.

MultiBay hard drive and diskette drive

A MultiBay hard drive and diskette drive are available as options for the t5720/t5725. These are external USB-compatible drives. For more

that accompany the option.
