The scaling function stretches or shrinks the plot over a 36-inch length of plot with settings being S0 through SE. The default setting is (S2). To determine if scaling is needed, plot a job of a known length and measure it. Adjustments can be made to the scaling in increments of + or - 1/16-inch over 36 inches of plot. S0 = no scale,

SE = +/- 14/16” over 36 inches of plot.

Note: PositiveornegativescalingisselectedthroughtheEmulation menu setting.
