Support Plus	HP Support Plus helps you increase the performance and availability of your IT infrastructure with
CarePack	comprehensive, consistent hardware and software services. HP Services engineers deliver onsite
	hardware support and over-the-phone software support 13 hours per day, 5 days per week.
