To remove the system board, complete the following steps:

1.Prepare the computer for disassembly.

2.Remove the palmrest cover with touch pad.

3.Remove the heatspreader.

4.Remove the keyboard.

5.Remove the processor.

6.Remove the modem.

7. Remove the hard drive.

8. Remove the display panel assembly.

9. Remove the Upper CPU Cover.

Remove the diskette drive.

Remove the CD drive.

Remove the fan.
