DESCRIPTION

The HP Color LaserJet 3800 Service Manual currently does not have instructions for replacing the main drive assembly or the cartridge locks. The cartridge locks are currently breaking and, until June 2006, the only solution was to replace the unit.

NOTE: This Service Action Advisory supercedes Service Advisory c00673707. Please use this Service Action Advisory for repairs after 04-Dec-2006.
