To help Division understand the issue better, when you have such a case, please gather this information:
•Model number and serial number
•Which Cartridge lock is broken (Black, Yellow, Cyan or Magenta?)
•Advise how the fault manifest's itself (Control Panel message, noises, can?t insert the cartridges, etc?)
•Describe the customer?s use of the discovery tape:
oDid the customer pull on the tape or just follow it to the toner cartridges?
oIf the customer did pull on the tape, did the front door open quickly for them?
Was the ETB attached to the front cover (see picture) when the door opened?
