3Reconnect the power cable (1) to the PC, and plug the cable into an electrical outlet (2).

4Reconnect the modem/telephone cable, if present.
5Reconnect all peripheral devices to the PC.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of electrical shock, fire, or damage to the equipment, do not plug telecommunications or telephone connectors into the network interface card (NIC) (sometimes labeled as an Ethernet connector).
6Turn on the PC by pressing the On button.
