VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

Occasionally with certain configurations, you may experience excessive hum or buzz. In this case, try connecting the Ground connection from your turntable directly to your receiver/ampli- fier, thus bypassing the VP530.

If you connect the output of the VP530, either the RCA or head- phone outs, without connecting a turntable to the input - you will experience noise. The combination of the VP530 and the turntable (with its RIAA equalization curve) - complete a crucial circuit for proper operation.
