Network View and Storage Allocation Reporter Transition

Network View and Storage Allocation Reporter (SAR) are two value-added applications that run on the SMA. HP is transitioning its SAR and Network View customers to the Storage Area Manager suite. Table 1 lists HP SANworks software products and their equivalent HP OpenView software products.

Note: Prior to the Storage Area Manager installation process, Network View and Storage Allocation Reporter, if present, must be uninstalled so that you can begin using the Storage Area Manager applications.
