This 4-pin connector is used to provide a cabled base- board or front panel connec- tion for value added features and 3rd-party add-in cards, such as Emergency Man- agement cards, that provide management features using the IPMB.

Please connect the thermal sensor cable to either pin

1-2 or pin 2-3 and the other end to the device which you wish to monitor its tempera- ture.

Clear CMOS Pad

(CLRCMOS2) (see p.18, 21, 24)

CLRCMOS2 allows you to clear the data in CMOS. To clear CMOS, take out the CMOS battery and short the Clear CMOS Pad.
