Deleting Virtual Disk

This topic describes the procedure to delete a virtual disk by using the Marvell BIOS setup utility.

Important

Using “Delete” permanently erases all data on the virtual disk.

1.In the [Topology] pane, select “Virtual Disk” (VD 0: MRAID1, shown as below) and press Enter.

2.Select “Delete” to delete the virtual disk, shown as below.

3.Press Y to confirm the request when prompted Do you want to delete this virtual disk?.

4.Press Y to confirm the request when prompted Do you want to delete MBR from this virtual disk?.
