Electrical SYSTEM

While the GFCI circuit breaker affords a high degree of protection, there is no substitute for the knowledge that electricity can be dangerous when carelessly handled or used without reasonable caution.

Warning: The GFCI circuit breaker provides protection only to the circuit to which it is connected. It does NOT provide protection to any

 

other circuit.

 

OCCUPANT:

 

Make this test each month and record the date on

 

the chart.

1. With handle B in “ON” position, press PUSH TO

TEST button A.

2. Handle B should move to TRIP position, indicating

 

that GFCI breaker has opened the circuit.

 

3. To restore power move handle B to “OFF” and the

 

to “ON

 

Important: If handle B does not move to TRIP posi-

 

tion when test button is pressed, the GFCI breaker

 

protection is not complete. If this happens, replace

 

GFCI breaker.
