PRE-OPERATION CHECKS

STEERING SYSTEM

Check the steering system for exces- sive freeplay by:

●moving the steering wheel up and down, and back and forth.

●turning the steering wheel slightly to the right and left.

If you feel excessive freeplay, or hear rattling sounds which may indicate loose steering components, consult a Yamaha dealer.

BACK-UP BUZZER

Check the back up buzzer by moving the drive select lever to “R” for reverse. The buzzer should sound.

Check the following pedal controls for proper operation. If a pedal does not work properly, consult a Yamaha deal- er.
