	Mini Quiche		•	Pastry
				200 g plain flour, 80 g butter, 1 egg
			•	Mixture
				30 g bacon, cubed, 60 g Cream, 60 g Cream
				fraiche, 2 egg, 40 g grated cheese, salt and
				pepper
			Method
			To make the pastry, put the flour, butter and eggs
			in a bowl and mix to a soften pastry and then
			rest it in the refrigerator for 30 mins. Roll out the
			pastry and place in buttered metal tins (like muffin
			mould for 6 mini quiches). Mix the cream, cubed
			bacon, cream fraiche, egg, cheese, salt, pepper and
			pour the mixture into the moulds. Put them on the
			low rack. After cooking, stand for 5 minutes.

A8	Roast Fish	300-400	Brush skin of whole fish (trout or gilthead) with
		500-600	oil and add herbs and spices. Put fish side by
			side, head to tail on the high rack. Turnover as
			soon as the beep sounds. After cooking, stand for
			2-3 minutes.

A9	Roast Beef	800-1000	Brush beef with oil and spice it with pepper and
		1200-1400	salt. Put it on the low rack, first with the fat side
			down. After cooking, wrap in aluminium foil and
			stand for 10-15 minutes.

A10	Roast Pork	800-1000	Brush pork with oil and spice it with pepper and
		1200-1400	salt. Put it on the low rack, first with the fat side
			down. After cooking, wrap in aluminium foil and
			stand for 10-15 minutes.

A11	Grilled Chicken	300-400	Rinse chicken breast, marinate and put them
	Breast	500-600	on the high rack. Turnover as soon as the beep
			sounds. After cooking, stand for 2-3 minutes.
