For the best use of your air conditioner, you must clean it every two weeks regularly to remove the dust that accumulates on the air filter.
IMPORTANT | Before cleaning your air conditioner, ensure that you |
| have switched off the breaker used for the unit. |
|
|
1Disassemble the bottom cover and pull it forward.
2Pull out the air filter by removing it from the projection of the filter.
3Remove all dust on the air filter with a vacuum cleaner or brush.
4Clean the indoor unit with a damp cloth and mild detergent (do NOT use benzene, solvents or other chemicals).
5Insert the air filter back into its original position, then reassemble the front grille (First, align 2 tabs on the bottom of the front grille, then close the grille).
Note If you have not used the air conditioner for a long period of time, set the fan going for three to four hours to dry the inside of the air conditioner thoroughly.
