De afstandsbediening werkt niet.

•• Controleer of het voedingslampje op de tv knippert wanneer u op de aan/uit-knop op de afstandsbediening drukt. Vervang de batterijen van de afstandsbediening als dat niet gebeurt.

•• Zorg dat de batterijen met de polen (+/–) in de juiste richting zijn geplaatst.

•• Richt de afstandsbediening vanaf circa 1,5 tot 1,8 meter afstand rechtstreeks op de televisie.

•• Als de tv is uitgerust met een Samsung Smart-afstandsbediening (Bluetooth-afstandsbediening), zorg er dan voor dat u deze aan de tv koppelt.

De televisie kan niet worden in- of uitgeschakeld met de afstandsbediening van de kabelbox/ settopbox of het volume kan niet worden geregeld.

•• Programmeer de afstandsbediening voor de kabelbox/satellietontvanger zodanig dat deze werkt voor de tv. Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw kabelbox/satellietontvanger voor de code voor de SAMSUNG- televisie.

De tv-instellingen verdwijnen na 5 minuten.

•• De tv staat in de Winkelmodus. Wijzig de Gebruiksmodus in het menu Algemeen naar Thuismodus ( > Instellingen > Algemeen > Systeembeheer > Gebruiksmodus > Thuismodus).

•• Zorg ervoor dat de tv een netwerkverbinding heeft ( > Instellingen > Algemeen > Netwerk >

•• Controleer of het wifi-wachtwoord goed is ingevoerd.

•• Controleer de afstand tussen de tv en de modem/router. De afstand mag niet groter zijn dan 15,2 m.

•• Verminder storing door draadloze apparaten niet te gebruiken of uit te schakelen. Controleer ook of zich

geen obstakels tussen de tv en de modem/router bevinden. (De Wi-Fi-sterkte kan afnemen door apparaten, draadloze telefoons, stenen muren/open haarden, enz.)
