INFORMATION CODES

If your washing machine malfunctions, you may see an information code on the display. If this happens, please check the table below and try the suggested solution before calling Customer Service.

	CODE SYMBOL	SOLUTION

	dE	•	Close the door.

	4E	• Make sure the source water tap is turned on.
	4E	• Check the water pressure.
		• Check the water pressure.

	5E	•	Clean the debris ﬁ lter.
	5E	• Make sure the drainage hose is installed correctly.
		• Make sure the drainage hose is installed correctly.

		• The laundry load is unbalanced. Redistribute the load. If only one item
	UE		of clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or pair of jeans, the
	UE		ﬁ nal spin result might be unsatisfactory and an “UE” error message

			will be shown in the display window.

	cE/3E	• Call the after-sales service.

	Hot	• It appears when the internal temperature of the drum is high. The fan will
	Hot		automatically function, so just wait until “Hot” indication disappeared.
