COMPONENT OUTPUT (PROGRESSIVE SCAN)

This function is available when video output is component. This setting enables you to select a desired progressive mode. To view ‘Progressive scan mode’, fi rst connect the component cable. (See page 25) Be sure the Component cables are connected properly.

SETTING UP THE PARENTAL LOCK

The Parental Lock function works in conjunction with DVDs and DVB-T that have been assigned a rating which helps you control the types of DVDs that your family watches. There are up to 8 rating levels on a disc.

The “Confi rm the password” message will be displayed. Enter your password again.

If you forgot your password

1.Switch the DVD mode and remove the disc.

2.Press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE ( ) button on the front panel for 10 seconds or more.

Setting the Programme Grade

● SYSTEM SETUP

1.Press the ▲▼ buttons to select Programme Grade, then press the OK or ► button.

2.Press the ▲▼ buttons to select the programme grade you want, then press the OK or ► button.

For example, if you select up to 15, DVB-T that contain 16, 17 will not display. A larger number indicates that the programme is intended for adult use only.
