4 La plaque du filtre ne se referme pas après le remplacement du filtre :

Assurez-vous que le filtre HEPA est bien aligné et n’est pas coincé dans une pièce interne. Vérifiez si les filtres sont complètement insérées dans la fente. Regardez si la plaque du filtre est à l’endroit et si les pattes sont parfaitement alignées. Le filtre HEPA porte une inscription « This Side UP (ce côté vers le haut) » pour vous guider.

5- Le pré-filtre ne semble pas vraiment souillé. Est-ce que je peux continuer à l’utiliser ou essayer de le nettoyer ?

Le filtre peut être enlevé et nettoyé soigneusement à l’aide d’un aspira- teur pour éliminer la poussière en surface, etc. NE NETTOYEZ PAS LE FILTRE HEPA. Le fait d’essayer de le nettoyer endommage le filtre. Pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du purificateur d’air, assurez-vous de refaire un essai pour voir si le filtre doit être remplacé. (Suivez les instructions dans la section Soins et Entretien). Si le FilterWatch s’allume, changez le filtre.
