Sugerencias para Arreglar Posibles Problemas

1.La unidad no funciona a ninguna velocidad:

a.El cordón polarizado debe estar completamente enchufado en el toma corriente.

b.Revise la salida de aire ¿Hay algo previniendo la rotación del venti- lador?

c.¿Ha quitado la bolsa plástica del filtro de aire? ¿Está propiamente instalado?

d.El motor tiene un fusible térmico. Si el motor se recalienta, se apa- gará solo hasta que se enfríe. Si esta condición persiste desconecte la unidad y llame al servicentro autorizado más cercano. NO ATENTE REPARAR EL MOTOR UD. MISMO.

2.El aire no parece estar limpio:

Este purificador de aire remueve partículas tan pequeñas que no pueden ser vistas a simple vista. Verifique que el filtro ha sido instalado correctamente y que el motor está haciendo girar el ventilador. Y si es así el aire esta siendo limpiado.

3.La luz roja del indicador no se enciende desde hace tiempo:

Dependiendo de la condición del aire de la habitación en que el purifi- cador opera, el filtro HEPA puede llegar a tener una duración de dos a cinco años. Asegurarse de probar la unidad periódicamente siguiendo las instrucciones indicadas anteriormente.

4.La tapa del compartimento de filtros no encaja después de cambiar el (los) filtro(s).

Asegurarse que el filtro HEPA esté debidamente alineado y que no haya quedado atrapado en alguna pieza interior de soporte, que los filtros estén completamente insertados en las ranuras, que la tapa de filtros no esté invertida y que todas las uñas estén alineadas. El filtro HEPA tiene un rótulo que dice “This Side Up” (Este lado Arriba).
