5.7Detection Sensitivity

This option is programmed from the Zone Setup menu. It defines the difference in luminance between an object and its background which is required to produce an alarm. The following chart may be used as a guide to arrive at the correct setting:

4 High (Low noise/low contrast)

NOTE: A Sensitivity Setting of 3 (Medium High) will work well for most installations.

5.8Percentage Movement For Detection

This option is programmed from the Zone Setup menu. It defines the percentage of total screen width or height that the target must cross before the LTC 2210 Series will generate an alarm signal. The following chart may be used as a guide to arrive at the correct setting:
