Mounting

Your CO alarm comes with two mounting options. It can be wall mounted (See figure 1) or used as a tabletop unit (See figure 2). For tabletop use simply fold out the stand located on the back of the unit and place in a location where the unit is easily visible. For wall mounting, three screws have been supplied

The following suggestions are intended to help you with the placement and installation of your Atwood CO Alarm.

•When wall mounting, place out of the reach of children. Under no circumstance should children be allowed to handle the CO alarm.

•Install in a sleeping area.

•Placing at eye level allows for optimum monitoring of the digital display

•Insure that all vents of the unit are unobstructed.

•For tabletop mounting we recommend the unit be placed no more than three feet from the floor.

•If used in RV, permenently mount to wall. DO NOT use table top feature.
