For one (1) year from the date of installation, when this boiler is installed and maintained in accordance with our instructions. Sears willrepair defects in material or workmanship in the boiler,free of charge.

LIMITED 12 YEAR WARRANTY ON STEAM CAST IRON BOILERS

After one (1)year and through twelve (12)years from the date of installation,Sears will furnish a replacement

heat exchanger, if the heat exchanger in the boiler is defective. YOU PAY FOR LABOR.

:_LIMITED 20 YEAR WARRANTY ON HOT WATER CAST IRON BOILERS

After one (1)year and through twenty (20) years from the date of installation,Sears will furnish a replacement heat exchanger if the heat exchanger in the boiler is defective. YOU PAY FOR LABOR.

SEARS INSTALLATION WARRANTY

In addition to any warranty extended to you on the Sears merchandise involved, which warranty becomes effective the date the merchandise is installed, should the workmanship of any Sears arranged installation
