D’UTILISER L’HUMIDIFICATEUR,

PARTICULIÈREMENT LES PRÉCAUTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ ÉLÉMENTAIRES SUIVANTES :

1. Toujours placer l’humidificateur sur une surface ferme, plane et bien horizontale, à une distance d’au moins TREIZE centimètres (CINQ pouces) des murs et des sources de chaleur telles que poêles, radiateurs ou appareils de chauffage. L’humidificateur pourrait ne pas fonctionner correctement s’il est placé sur une surface qui n’est pas bien horizontale.

2. Quand on déplace ou que l’on soulève l’humidificateur, s’assurer d’avoir une bonne prise sous la base de l’appareil. Quand on enlève le réservoir, utiliser la poignée du réservoir et placer une main sous le réservoir, sur le bouchon de remplissage. Cela aide à prévenir les fuites d’eau ou le bris de l’appareil.

4. Avant d'utiliser l'humidificateur, dérouler le cordon d'alimentation et s’assurer qu’il n'est pas endommagé. Si le cordon est endommagé, ne pas utiliser l’appareil.

5. Par mesure de sécurité, ce produit est équipé d'une fiche polarisée (fiche dont l'une des lames est plus large que l'autre). Cette fiche ne peut être insérée que d'une seule manière dans la prise de courant polarisée. Si la fiche ne s'insère pas complètement dans la prise, tourner la fiche. Si la fiche ne s'insère toujours pas dans la prise, contacter un électricien. Éviter de contourner le dispositif de sécurité que constitue la fiche polarisée.

7. Ne jamais incliner ni déplacer l’humidificateur quand il fonctionne. L’éteindre et le débrancher avant de le déplacer.

8. L’humidificateur nécessite un nettoyage régulier. Consulter les instructions de nettoyage du présent manuel.
