Or, place your fabrtc to allow a 5/8"

seam, then trim seam allowance after.

heavyweight woven fabrics where you want a narrow seam. It Js also great for making elastic swim wear,

Choose this stitch to attach elastic to garments.

1. Mark the elastic into quarters and match these to the center front, center back and side seams.

, Place the middle of the elastic under the center of the presser foot and stitch into place, making sure the fabric is evenly distri- buted.
