En telas gruesas, primero deber_ rematar el borde. Despu6s pliegue el dobladillo de la forma indicada en la ilustraci6n, dejando de 0.7 cm (1/4") del borde cosido a la vista.

Coloque la tela en la m_quina de tal forma que la aguja tan solo ponce la parte plegada de la tela cuando la aguja vaya hasta el extremo izquierdo de la puntada ancha en zig-zag.

Baje el prensatelas despu6s de que el dobladillo haya sido cosido por completo, planche ambos lados del dobladillo terminado. En la porte de arriba de la tela tan solo se podr_n ver las puntadas invisibles.

Sur les tissus 6pals qui s'effilochent, on devrait d'abord surfiler les bords bruts. Puis pliez I'ourletcomme illustr6, en laissant apparaitre 0.7 cm (1/4").

Placez le tissu sur la machine pour que raiguille perce _ peine la partie repli6e Iorsqu'elle arrive _ I'extr6me gauche du zig*zag. Abaissez le pied presseun

Lorsque vous avez terrain6 I'ourlet,repassez les deux c6t6s de rourlet. Sur I'endroit du tissu, vous ne devez pas voir les points.

Encajes aSaden un toque fino y femenino a blusas y lenceria. Manteles y fundas de almohadas quedar_n m_s elegantes cuando los adorne con encajes.

Doble el borde por Io menos 1.5 cm (5/8").

Coloque el encaje por debajo y cosa sobre 61 con la puntada de dobladillo invisible. Recorte el exceso de tela cerca de la costura.

La dentelle ajoute une touche f6minine aux chemisiers et _ la lingerie. Le linge de table et les oreillers deviennent plus raffin6s Iorsqu'on les borde de dentelle.

Repliez le bord brut du tissu sur 1.5 cm (5/8") au moins. Placez la dentelle en dessous et surpiquer avec rourlet invisible. Recoupez le tissu au ras des points.
