Gas burners:

Gas flow to the burners is controlled by the control knobs (6, 7, 8 and 9 on the diagram above). There are 3 positions shown on the control panel. Turning the control knob to the positions shown below achieves the following:

Closed (OFF position)

Maximum position: Provides fast boiling function

Minimum position: Provides simmer function

The flame can be set to the desired position by turning the control knob through the adjustment range in an anti- clockwise direction.
