Examples The following example shows how to establish the unencrypted password pwd1 for the user user1:

RP/0/RP0/CPU0:router# configure

RP/0/RP0/CPU0:router(config)# username user1

RP/0/RP0/CPU0:router(config-un)# password 0 pwd1
