USING THE PROPER COOKWARE

Using the right cookware can prevent many problems, such as uneven cooking or extended cooking times. Using the proper pans will reduce cooking times and cook food more evenly.

Check for flatness by rotating a ruler across the bottom of the cookware.

CHOOSING THE PROPER COOKWARE

What your cookware is made of determines how evenly and quickly heat is transferred from the surface element to the pan bottom.

ALUMINUM - Excellent heat conductor. Some types of food will cause the aluminum to darken. (Anodized aluminum cookware resists staining and pitting.). If aluminum pans are slid across the ceramic cooktop, they may leave metal marks that resemble scratches. Remove these marks as soon as the cooktop cools down.

COPPER - Excellent heat conductor but discolors easily. May leave metal marks on ceramic glass (see above).

STAINLESS STEEL - Slow heat conductor with uneven cooking results. Is durable, easy to clean and resists staining.

CAST IRON - A poor conductor, but retains heat very well. Cooks evenly once cooking temperature is reached. Not recommended for use on ceramic cooktops.

ENAMELWARE - Heating characteristics will vary depending on base material. Porcelain- enamel coating must be smooth to avoid scratching ceramic cooktops.

GLASS - Slow heat conductor. Not recommended for ceramic cooktop surfaces because it may scratch the glass.

This dual cooking capability is a game-changer, especially during large meal preparations or holiday gatherings when time and temperature management are crucial.

Equipped with a powerful 5.9 cubic feet capacity, the ovens provide ample space for baking, roasting, and broiling. The ceramic enamel interior ensures easy cleaning and prevents food from sticking, which means less scrubbing and more cooking enjoyment. Additionally, the oven features a self-cleaning function that automates the cleaning process, using high temperatures to burn off residue, allowing you to spend more time on your culinary creations.

The Samsung NE595R1ABSR and NE595R1ABSRAA also come with a smooth ceramic cooktop, offering five burners that cater to various pot and pan sizes. With multiple power levels, the cooktop allows for fast heating and precise temperature control, ideal for everything from simmering sauces to boiling pasta.

For safety, both models are equipped with an advanced safety lock, ensuring that the oven cannot be accidentally turned on, which is especially valuable in homes with children. The models are also designed with LED lights that provide clear visibility of the oven interior, making it easy to monitor the progress of your dishes without opening the door.

Moreover, the sleek stainless steel finish adds a touch of elegance to any kitchen décor, while the digital display simplifies the cooking process with easy-to-read controls. The ranges also support compatibility with Samsung's SmartThings app, allowing for remote monitoring and control, further enhancing the convenience of modern cooking.
