Favorite Pot Roast

Ingredients
2 tbsp.
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, sliced
11/2 cups fresh rosemary or 2 tsp. chopped bay leaf 11/2 cups beef broth or red wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1.Mix the flour, salt and pepper. Rub all over the roast.
2.Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker using the BROWN setting. Add the roast and brown equally on all sides.
3.Add onions and brown for 1 minute. Add bay leaf or rosemary and beef broth.
4.Cover and set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
