Your coffee maker requires periodic cleaning and maintenance. See the Care and Cleaning section for more information.

Brewing Unit Door	Open the brewing unit door to clean the
	inside of your coffee maker and make
	certain types of adjustments.

Piston Assembly	The piston assembly is used by the coffee
	maker to help make coffee. It requires
	occasional cleaning.

Grinder Adjustment Screw	Use the grinder adjustment screw (with the
	included tool) to make the coffee maker
	grind the coffee beans more fine or course.
	The finer the coffee beans are ground, the
	stronger the brewed coffee will be.

Used Coffee Ground Bin	The used coffee ground bin catches the
	used coffee grounds after coffee has
	been made. It needs to be emptied out
	occasionally.

Coffee Scoop	Use the scoop to poor pre-ground coffee
	into the ground coffee chute.

Cleaning Brush	Use to clean the inside of the brewing unit.
Grinder Adjustment Wrench	Use the coffee grinder adjustment wrench
	to turn the coffee grinder adjustment screw.

Piston Assembly O-Ring (green)	A spare piston assembly O-ring is provided
	with the coffee maker should the grinder
	assembly need service. Keep it in a safe
	place in case it is needed at a later date.

Water Tank O-Ring	Used on model E24CM75GSS only. A
	spare water tank O-ring is provided should
	the O-ring on the water tank wear out.
	Keep it in a safe place in case it is needed
	at a later date.
