Beat the heat with this light drink.
Makes about six
1⁄3 | cup fresh lime juice |
1½ | cucumbers (about 8 ounces), peeled and seeded, cut |
| into |

1⁄3 | cup fresh mint leaves |
Put all the ingredients, in the order listed, into the jar of your Cuisinart® PowerEdge™ 1000 Watt Blender. Cover and run on High for 45 seconds. Turn the power off and serve.

2cups hulled and halved strawberries

2tablespoons honey

1cup parsley
