1 banana

11⁄2 cups milk

1 tablespoon honey

1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Place all ingredients into blender jar; cover. Blend until smooth. Yield: 1 serving.

1 cup plain yogurt

2 bananas

1 pound frozen strawberries

Place all ingredients into blender jar; cover. Blend on medium speed until desired consistency is reached. Yield: 5 servings.

1 can (11.5 ounces) tropical fruit juice concentrate (found in juice aisle) 2 bananas (broken into pieces)

21⁄2 cups ice cubes

1 ripe banana, broken into pieces

8 ounces vanilla or strawberry yogurt

1 cup skim milk

1 banana

1 to 2 tablespoons sugar

3⁄4 cup ice

1⁄2 cup granola

Place all ingredients in blender jar; cover. Pulse for 20 seconds or until smooth.

Yield: 2 servings.
