Precauciones de seguridad de la jarra

Este símbolo le llama la atención sobre peligros potenciales de daños personales si no lee y sigue estas precauciones de seguridad.

Este símbolo le recuerda que el vidrio es frágil y se puede romper, lo cual puede resultar en daños personales.

•No use una jarra rajada o una jarra que tenga el mango suelto o débil.

•Esta jarra está diseñada para ser usada sólo en la placa que mantiene caliente el café de su cafetera. No la use en una estufa de gas o eléctrica ni en un microondas ni en un horno convencional.

•Para evitar que se rompa, maneje la jarra con cuidado. Evite los golpes bruscos. El vidrio se romperá como resultado de un golpe brusco. Tenga cuidado cuando la llene de agua para evitar que se pegue con el grifo.

•No coloque la jarra caliente en una superficie fría o mojada. Deje que se enfríe antes de lavar o añadir líquidos.

•No coloque la jarra vacía en una superficie caliente.

•No la limpie con estropajos de metal, limpiadores abrasivos o cualquier otro material que pueda rayarla.

•No la choque, raje ni deje que hierva sin agua.

•Deseche la jarra si está rajada, rota o si se calentó vacía por un período de tiempo largo.

•Para evitar accidentes, no vierta en dirección de las personas.

•Si mezcla en la jarra, use sólo utensilios de madera, plástico o goma. No use utensilios de metal.

•Siga las precauciones de seguridad anteriores con cuidado para evitar quemaduras serias que pueden resul- tar si la jarra se rompe mientras con- tiene líquidos calientes.
