2.Use only on AC 120 Volt, 50/60 Hz

3.DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

4.To protect against electrical shock do not immerse the cord, plug, temperature controller or the appliance in water or other liquid.

5.Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

6.Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning the appliance.

13.Always attach the plug to the appliance first, then the plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “OFF”, then remove the plug from wall outlet.

14.Do not intend to operate by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

15.Extreme caution must be exercised when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids
