Waffles de nuez ya preparados

1 lata de jogo concentrado de naranja

 

(ver receta anterior)

descongelado

1 taza de azúcar

112 taza de ralladura de coco

3

Cu. de harina de fécula de maíz

1/4 cup taza de ron

1 lata de piña machacada;

helado de vainilla

 

escurrir y guardar el jugo

1/3 taza de cerezas al marrasquino,

agua helada

machacadas

En un sartén grande, mezcle el azúcar y la fécula de maíz. Mida el jugo de piña y agua helada hasta completar l-l/4 taza. Combine la mezcla de agua, jogo de naranja azúcar. Cueza con flama mediana hasta que espese, sin dejar de mover. Incorpore el coco, las cerrezas y la piña. Caliente perfectamente. Mantenga el calor a fuego lento,

Poco a poco vacíe el ron encima de la mezcla. Con mucho cuidado, préndale fuego, Ponga una medida de helado de vainilla sobre cada waffle. Cuando se apague la flama, ponga salsa sobre el helado. Sirva inmediatamente.

Cucharada de polvos par hornear

2/3 taza de azúcar

1/2 taza de nueces picadas

l-1/2

taza de harina de trigo

claras de huevo, batidas a punto

Precaliente la Wafflera. En un recipiente grande, bata la mantequilla o la manteca hasta acremar e incorpore a velocidad media la azúcar hasta que la mezcla quede bofa. Añada el chocolate y las yemas de huevo. Bata bien. Añada la leche, alternando los ingredientes secos. Mezcle todo bien. Añada la vainilla y las nueces. Incorpore a mano las claras de huevo batidas. Vacíe en las rejillas 1/2 taza de la masa. Cierre la Wafflera, cueza hasta que ya no salga vapor, de 3 a 5 minutos. Los waffles se podrán crujientes conforme se vayan enfriando. Repita la operación. Sírvalos calientes o fríos,

con helado de vainilla, jarable de chocolate y nueces o avellanas picadas.
