SALSA DE ARANDANO

cuando no haya de temporada, puede usar arándanos congelados.

1/4 taza de mantequilla o margarina

2 tazas de arándanos

1 taza de azúcar

2 Cucharadas de jugo de limón

1/4 cucharadita de nuez moscada

1 Cucharada de harina de fécula de maíz

En una sartén de 2 cuartos (2 litros), ponga la mantequilla, el azúcar, la nuez moscada y los arándanos. Caliente todo a fuego lento durante cinco minutos. Mezcle el limón y la harina de fécula de maíz. Incorpore lo anterior a la mezcla de arándano. Siga calentando y remueva hasta que la mezcla agruese. Sirva caliente, vaciando sobre waffles o crepas.

1/2 taza de mantequilla o margarina, ablandadas 1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo 2 Cucharadas de miel
