2.Couvercle avec évent – Le couver- cle amovible est muni d’un évent. Quelques-unes des recettes se trouvant dans le livre de recettes indiquent si l’évent doit être ouvert ou fermé durant la cuisson.

Avant la première utilisation : Laver la poêle et le couvercle dans de l’eau chaude et savonneuse. Rincer à fond et sécher.

Assemblage de la poêle (Outils nécessaires : tournevis Phillips.)

1.Fixer la poignée sur le couvercle avec 2 vis autotaraudeuses (pointues). Visser soigneusement; NE PAS serrer excessivement.

2.Fixer les 2 poignées/pieds sur les montants de serrage élevés se trou- vant sur la base de la poêle avec 2 longues vis, 2 rondelles de sécurité et 2 rondelles plates par poignée/ pied. Ne PAS serrer excessivement.

REMARQUE : L’appareil assemblé devrait apparaître tel qu’illustré sur la couverture.
