How the Self Cleaning Process Works

When the oven controls are set to CLEAN, the oven heats to temperatures that are hig than those used for cooking. The high temperatures cause food soil to burn off substantially disappear. Remove the roasting pan and any other utensils from the oven. These uten cannot withstand the high temperatures of the cleaning process.
