- for fresh vegetables (I+II):
100 - 500 g : 3 - 6 tablespoons / 500 - 1000 g : 9 - 12 tablespoons.
- for frozen vegetables :
100 - 500 g : 3 - 9 tablespoons / 500 - 1000 g : 9 - 15 tablespoons.
